New Zealand (NZ)

* New Zealand finished itself at the fourth position after group stage having 11 points.

* After winning 5 matches in a row, New Zealand lost the last three matches against Pakistan  Australia and England .

*  They entered into the semi finals on the basis of net run rate because Pakistan and New Zealand have equal points but New Zealand have better net run rat than Pakistan.

* New Zealand's batting will mostly depend on Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor, who are the top two most consistent batsmen of New Zealand. After a very good opening partnership in the Ist match against Sri Lanka, Kiwi's both opener failed to provide a good start in the next all matches and this issue may create a big problem again in this match.

*  Their middle order also looked very average till yet. Except the match against Pakistan in which Kiwi's both all rounders Colin de Grandhomme and James Neesham batted very well, their middle order either failed or get less chance to perform.

- Lockie Ferguson is injured and remain unavailable for this match.
